Characteristic

1. Compared with the mechanical separation method, even very small zinc particles can be recovered and entered into the zinc pot.
2. No additional pollutants are produced. The components of zinc ash reductant can prevent zinc oxidation and protect zinc bath.
3. The viscosity of molten zinc does not increase, and the compounds produced can improve the wettability, reduce the accumulation of zinc, and obtain good surface quality with good fluidity.
4. It can purify zinc solution to some extent, improve the fluidity of zinc solution, improve the quality of galvanized parts and reduce the cost of galvanizing.

Usage method

1. Move the zinc ash on the surface of the zinc pot to one end of the pot and smash the zinc ash with a rake. Then zinc ash reductant was evenly sprayed on the surface of zinc ash.
2. Use 0.6 kg zinc ash reductant per 100 kg zinc ash.
4. Stir for about 5-10 minutes until the reaction of zinc ash reductant is completed.
5. After this process, zinc is separated from zinc ash and zinc ash is reduced to zinc. Zinc ash looks brown and powdery. The reduction process of zinc ash can be completed by pulling the residue out with a shovel.

應用

1. It is used to recover metallic zinc from zinc ash and reduce zinc oxide to zinc reduction additive.
2. Liquefaction of zinc in zinc ash, reduction of zinc oxide to zinc, and reuse of liquid zinc in zinc pot.
3. By reacting with zinc ash, a great deal of heat is released.
4. Zinc ash can recover more than 80% pure zinc.

Matters needing attention

Zinc ash reductant is easy to volatilize and absorb moisture. Therefore, do not open the package when not in use, in order to avoid affecting the use effect. Zinc ash reductant for opening packaging should be used up or sealed as soon as possible.
